We support a range of clients, across all business sectors and ownership categories. Our work is primarily supporting remuneration committees and management teams around the design of effective pay structures which cover senior executives and broad staff populations.

We also support private companies in preparing remuneration structures and governance processes for IPO, and can provide regular out-sourcing support to management teams if internal HR resource is limited.
